The 200 Rs you received is promo balance not a wallet balance but if you share it with your friends (or yourself to a different accounts) then you will get Rs 200 in your mobikwik wallet which you can later on  use to recharge your phone. Share Rs 10 to 20 of your friends and for every Rs 10 you share you get Rs 10 in your wallet so by sharing it to 20 of your friends you will be credited with Rs 200. Hope you get it now.

Procedure to get Rs 200 Promo Balance: 
1. Install Mobikwik and signup (those who already have mobikwik in their phone I suggest them to use Bluestack or Youwave in pc and create account there).
2. Now go to "Transfer money" option and you will receive a popup like below.

3. Click on "How to use" and now you will see contact list of friends, if there is no contact list then go to contacts section and create some new accounts.
4. Now transfer Rs 10 to 20 of your friends and get rs 200 in your mobikwik wallet.(Note: You cannot transfer twice a friend)

Note: Your friend may get Transaction Declined error because he/she could be using more than one mobikwik account on same device as mobikwik has Advanced Mobile ID Tracking System so if it gets transaction failed try with your other friends.
