Looks like you have to reinstall bluestack then sign in with another gmail acc. in settings>google and install snapdeal appcfrom your referral link...

yes. Updated version is now tracking Device. There is a catch. Earlier snapdeal and all app track imei of bluestack or youwave or actual phone. They were doing same, But now snapdeal is tracking imei and matching it with imei of india that should start with 911.............. and mostly imei alloted to youwave and bluestack is american . so just change imei of india .. and it will start again working. you can;t put any imei starting with 911........ you have to generate imei.

I know the solution for all your problems. Press windows+R button, type regedit and press enter. Then go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SOFTWARE > BLUESTACKS > ANDRIOD. Open the BootParameters key and change the value between GUID and VERSION to any random value. Now restart the bluestacks.
It will change your IMEI number as well as the error message(Device is already reg ) will be gone.
