You have to sign up on mobikwik app. It seems you have registered on websitd, hence you are getting this error. Make a new account again on mobikwik mobile app & try. I am sure then it will definately work for you

first make a new account..... than follow these steps:
1) click on sign up.than fill your details and create a new account
2) than click on 'add money' ..... enter 10
3) than select debit card or credit card.
4) fill your debit card number, CVV , and expiry
5) than tick on 'have a promo code' ..... and apply any of codes.... you can use this code: H5BGHI5990
