I score 25 runs and I received the 50rs mail but I didn't get aanything in my pocket wallet app even though I register the same mail on gmail and pocket, than why 50 balance is not given

I have played the game and score runs and got the mail also but I didnt get anything on pocket wallet app as my gmail and pocket wallet gmail is same still didn't get anything

I think bat2win should open an investigating agency not to provide games.
They are giving direct recharge not pockets credit & for 50 rs recharge they are asking voter I'd proof , address proff ,a coloured photo ex...
I don't know such!
